摘要
Abstract
The application of precision surgery and minimally invasive techniques has become the general trend of biliary surgery in minimal invasive era. Concomitantly,endoscopy plays a pivotal, irreplaceable role. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)-based duodenoscopy, choledochoscopy, multiple endoscopes, endoscopic ultrasonography and intraductal ultrasonography have been effective and widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases. However, it can not be ignored currently is that in the process of application and generalization of endoscopic technology, there exist some problems such as lacking of available industry standards, operating procedures are not enough, malfunctioning physician training system. Biliary surgeons should strictly master the operation indication and pay fully consideration to the reasonable and standard application of endoscopic technique in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases.关键词
