摘要
Abstract
Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) has great ad-vantages in the diagnosis and therapy of bile duct diseases, such as microlithiasis of common bile duct, common bile duct stenosis and early lesions of gallbladder, comparing with the other traditional imaging technologies. Endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) is of great value in the pathologic diagnosis of biliary obstruction and hilar mass. EUS guided biliary and gallbladder drainage even cholecystoli-thotomy have showed promising future for clinical application.关键词
