多镜联合在胆石症治疗中的选择应用
The reasonable option of multi-endoscopy techniques in treatment of cholelithiasis
摘要
Abstract
With the popularity and improvement of laparoscopic and endoscopic technique, the treatment of cholelithiasis becomes more minimally invasive, to fulfill the precision liver resection and precise lithotomy. In conditional areas and hospitals, according to the stones distribution, and the characteristics of the disease, different combinations of multiple endoscopy techniques (laparoscopic, choledochoscope and duodenoscope) model in hybrid operating room are widely carried out step by step. Multiple endoscopy techniques combination has opened up a new era of more diversification, precision, visualization, and minimally invasive treatment method for cholelithiasis. Surgeons should master the multi-endoscopic skills for diagnosis and treatment, rational selection and correct application in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect, the least complications, and maximize patients'benefit.关键词
