人工耳蜗植入儿童与健听儿童音位对比式听觉识别能力的比较研究

Abstract
Objective This study investigates the differences of 179 phonemic contrast auditory recognition abilities between the children with cochlear implants and healthy hearing children,and to provide reference and suggestions for hearing rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children.Methods 14 preschool children with cochlear implants and 90 preschool children were tested by using the children's phonemic contrast auditory recognition test software,Results ①There were significant age differences in speech recognition rates among the 3-5 year old healthy hearing children,but the gender differences were insignificant.② For healthy and CI children,the final recognition rate was higher than the initial recognition rate.③In addition to cacuminal recognition,CI children's other five groups of initial and all vowel recognition abilities were lower than that of normal hearing children.④For CI children,it is the most difficult to distinguish the nasal structures from the four vowels,the different structures,the same openings and the structural recognition.Secondly,the recognition of different open tones is the easiest.Conclusion There are some differences in phonemic contrast auditory recognition ability between cochlear implant children and healthy hearing children.关键词
