Abstract
Objective To test the vadility of a new RECD measuring method,Tube Fixation and Synchronous Insertion Method(TFSI).Methods Twenty subjects(40 ears) were measured with the conventional RECD measuring method and TFSI method respectively.Thirteen subjects(26 ears) were tested twice with TFSI method.Results The two sets of RECD values from two methods were shown no significant difference (P＞0.05).The RECD values twice with TFSI method were compared and proved to have no significant difference (P＞0.05).The operation time of using TFSI method(2.15 min) was significantly less than that of using the conventional method(6.03 min)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The new RECD measuring method was proved to be effective,time-saving and repeatable.关键词
