耳聋伴耳鸣患者助听器选配模式与耳鸣掩蔽效果的比较

Abstract
Objective By comparing the Patients who has hearing loss and tinnitus fit different hearing aid modes for masking tinnitus.To explore the clinical significance of wearing hearing aids for tinnitus masking effect.Methods 20 cases of bilateral sensorineural hearing loss for more than one year are included,accompanied by bilateral tinnitus.The records consisted of tinnitus intensity,frequency matching results and Tinnitus Handicap Inventory scores in unaided,or aided in one or two ears for a month.The data of Tinnitus frequency,intensity,THI scores were analyzed.Results There were no changes to the tinnitus frequencies,but the loudness scores were 9.47±3.02,9.00±4.05,and 8.60±5.53 dB under the unaided,unilaterally and bilaterally aided conditions.There were no statistically significant differences (P＞0.05).THI scores were 58.93±19.72,41.33±23.14,and 24.67±17.59 under the three conditions.The THI scores were statistically different(P＜0.05).Conclusion Binaural hearing aids have a better effect on masking tinnitus than unilateral amplification.关键词
