Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical value of biplanar augmentation mammaplasty with areola incision.Methods In our study,totally 79 cases of augmentation mammaplasty were involved.All patients accepted the biplanar augmentation mammaplasty with areola incision.Their complications and satisfactory grades after surgery had been summarized systematically and analyzed retrospectively.The scores were collected in all patients before and after surgery using BREAST-Q augmentation modules.All scores were changed into hundred-mark system via QScore software.Results The processes of recovery were well-off,and the contour of breasts was good after surgery.No complications of hematoma and infection were found.There were two cases of nipple discharge,one of prostheses migration and six of sensory disorder after operation.And in the 71 follow-up cases,one case of sensory disorder and one case of capsular contracture were found.The scores of satisfaction with breasts,psychosocial well-being,and sexual well-being after surgery were significant higher than before surgery(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The breast appearance is satisfactory with low occurrence of complications.The high postoperative satisfaction and quality of life indicates that the methods are feasible and worth of recommendation.关键词
