Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical identification and surgical treatment points of the calculous cholecystitis easily misdiagnosed as gallbladder carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of two cases with calculous cholecystitis misdiagnosed as gallbladder carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.And associated literatures were reviewed.Results The two patients were in stable condition after the operation without operative complications.They were followed up 16 or 12 months and survived well.Conclusions The multiple strategies as effective understanding of the calculous cholecystitis,good medical history-taking,complete laboratory,imaging and preoperative assessment,can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis of such diseases.The ideal prognosis can be achieved based on meticulous and delicate surgical operating and thorough postoperative treatment.关键词
