Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of intravascular ultrasound in theevaluation of accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT for judging critical coronary lesions and coronary plaque. Methods: Theclinical data of 105 patients (378 segments of coronary artery) were researched by using retrospective study and theywere randomly divided into intravascular ultrasound group (IVUS group, n=50, 189 segments of coronary artery)and 64-slice spiral CT group (MSCT group, n=55, 189 segments of coronary artery), and the diagnosis results ofthe two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: In the 189 segments of coronary artery of the IVUS group,there were 99 critical lesions were found. And in the 108 plaques of 189 segments of coronary artery, the numbersof calcification plaque, fiber plaque and lipid plaque were 39, 40 and 29, respectively. The diagnostic sensitivity ofMSCT for calcified plaque was significantly higher than lipid plaque and fibrous plaque (x2=5.02, x2=7.38, P<0.05),respectively. While the difference of the diagnostic sensitivity of MSCT between lipid plaque and fibrous plaque wasnot significant (x2=2.71, P>0.05). The difference of the diagnostic specific of MSCT among lipid plaque, fibrousplaque and calcified plaques were not significant (x2=1.32, P>0.05). Besides, the CT value of calcified plaque weresignificantly higher than lipid plaque and fibrous plaque, respectively, while the CT value of fibrous plaque wassignificantly higher than lipid plaque (t=4.303, t=3.182, t=2.776, P<0.05). Conclusion: Intravascular ultrasound inthe evaluation of accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT for judging critical coronary lesions and coronary plaque has higherapplication value.关键词
