医院医用耗材精细化闭环管理系统的设计与应用
Design and application of fine closed loop management system for medical consumables in hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a fine management system for medical consumables that was appropriate for hospitals so as to carry out the whole process management for medical consumables.Methods: The fine theory of management was used to reconstruct the management process of medical consumables, and the informatization technique was used to carry out design of modelization. The relevant quality tracking management was achieved from series of segments including registration of basic information, management of out and in warehouse, management of high value consumables, procuring management and query statistics etc.Results:Through the on-line usage of management system about medical consumables, series of works, such as the relevant certificate records of new consumables, tracking of high value consumables, management of low value and report of adverse event, were effectively realized. Besides, through various statistical graph to display whole management process for consumables could conveniently help staff to recognize the usage situation of consumables and to deal with various emergent situation.Conclusion: The fine closed management system of medical consumables can realize whole process tracking for medical consumables. And the realizations of "one consumables one code" and management of transparency provide digital platform for fine management of medical consumables.关键词
