当归补血汤抗肿瘤作用研究进展
The research progress of antitumor effect of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction For Supplementing Blood

Abstract
The key lies in the treatment of tumor is to clearly discriminate the strong and weak of evil and positive, and the corresponding method was used to support positive and eliminate evil. The function of supporting healthy energy of invigorating qi and blood prescription was one of the advantages for treating cancer by using Chinese medicine. Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood possessed the function of supporting healthy energy and effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing, and it was a pivotal role in anti-tumor treatment. Therefore, the chronological order of experimental research was adopted as the main line, the development and research status of anti-tumor effect were introduced in this paper, the results showed that single use of the Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood, and the combination with other drugs or other prescriptions have antitumor effect in some degree. Depended on above reasons, the comprehensive analysis of antitumor mechanism of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood included 6 aspects: effect-enhancing and toxicity-reducing and protecting body: inhibited tumor metastasis, inhibited proliferation of tumor cell and induced apoptosis of tumor cell, affected the metabolism of tumor cell membranes, affected the transduction of signaling pathways of tumor cell, and affected the telomerase activity of tumor cell. Besides, this paper took a prospection for the development of Angelicae Sinensis Decoction for Supplementing Blood and provided necessary reference documents for subsequent researches.关键词
