Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Mangifera Indica Leaves

摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids, and provide a scientific basis for further development and utilization of Mangifera Indica leaves. Methods Baise Mangifera Indica leaves as raw materials, the common ethanol extraction and ultrasonic extraction method were used, single factor test and orthogonal test were used, the effects of alcohol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction of total flavonoids were analyzed, and the yield of total flavonoids as index, the extraction process optimization. Results The optimum ethanol refluxing method for temperature was 100 ℃, the time was 2 h, the ratio of liquid to solid was 10, the times of extraction was 3. The optimum ultrasonic extraction method for temperature was 50 ℃, the time was 35 min, the ratio of liquid to solid was 10, the times of extraction was 3. Conclusion The best extraction process of total flavonoids from Mangifera Indica leaves is ethanol refluxing method.
