摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a one-step granulation process for Lianzhi Xiaoyan Capsule. Methods To select the optimum one-step granulation process for Lianzhi Xiaoyan Capsule, the adhesive concentration, adhesive dosage and spray frequency for the process were optimized by orthogonal test with the granulating and filling condition as evaluation indexs. Results It was the optimum process:3% starch slurry for the adhesive concentration , 2. 2 kg for the adhesive dosage and 120 g / min for the spray frequency . Conclusion With one-step granlation process, the heating time is shorted, the process is much simpler, which can be used for the production of Lianzhi Xiaoyan Capsule of further promotion.关键词
