Abstract
Objective To establish a method for quality control of Qiyaoxiaoke Capsule. Methods The Radix Astragali, Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae in the preparation were analyzed qualitatively by TLC method, the Panax Quinquefolius in the preparation was quantified by RP-HPLC method. Ultimate C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was adopted, acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution was the mobile phase, gradient elution, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 40 ℃, the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results TLC legal spots were clear and well separated. Rg1, Re and Rb1 standard sample volume respectively in 0. 9859-14. 7885 mg, 0. 4116-4. 9392 mg and 0. 1323-1. 9845 mg range showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, the recovery rates were 95. 19%, 97. 84%, 103. 65%, RSD=2. 29%, 2. 97%, 3. 87%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of the product.关键词
