Effect of GnRH-a Combined with Modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction on Srum Cytokines Levels in Infertile Patients with Endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of GnRH-a combined with modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction on serum cytokines levels in infertile patients with endometriosis. Methods A total of 50 infertile patients with endometriosis were randomly selected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from June to December 2016 were divided into the control group ( 30 cases ) and the experimental group ( 20 cases ) . The control group was treated with GnRH-a, and the experimental group was treated with GnRH-a combined with modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction. The course of treatment was 3 months. Results After treatment, the serum VEGF, TNF-α and CA125 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with western medicine can regulate the expression of serum cytokines in the treatment of endometriosis infertility.关键词
