Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and of different doses of rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia and its effect on serum lipid levels. Methods Totally 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into group A, group B, group C, 30 cases in each group. The group A, group B, group C were given 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg of rosuvastatin calcium, respectively. Results After treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the three groups decreased significantly, and HDL-C increased significantly, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . The improve-ment of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C levels in group C was significantly better than those in group A and group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total effective rate was 80. 00% in group A, 83. 33% in group B, and 96. 67% in group C, the difference between the group A and group B was not statistically significant ( P > 0. 05 ) , but the group C was significantly higher than group A and group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rates of adverse reactions in group A and group B were 0, compared with 6. 67% in group C, the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Different doses of rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia has different curative effects and different effects on serum lipid levels. With the increase of dosage, the controlling degree of serum lipid levels and the curative effect are better, but the common adverse reactions also increase, which needs clinical attention.关键词
