鼻内镜下咽鼓管置管联合鼓室清窍汤冲洗治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of eustachian tube indwelled under nasal endoscopy combined with Gushiqingqiao Decoction for treating chronic secretory otitis media. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic secretory otitis media from May 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with the operation of tympanic membrane incision and intubation, on this basis, the treatment group was rinsed with Gushiqingqiao Decoction. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group in the half year ( P < 0. 05 ) . Before the intervention, the hearing loss level and QOL score in the two groups were similar ( P > 0. 05 ) . At the time of discharge, the QOL score of the treatment group were better than that of the conventional group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Eustachian tube indwelled under nasal endoscopy combined with Gushiqingqiao Decoction for treating chronic secretory otitis media has good effect, it can effectively improve the hearing of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, promote the improvement of the patients′ quality of life, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
