摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing measures of paclitaxel combined with pirarubicin in treating breast cancer after operation. Methods A total of 90 patients with breast cancer treated with paclitaxel combined with pirarubicin chemotherapy from February 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. Results The stability rate of breast cancer in observation group was 95. 56%, which was higher than 82. 22% in control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of adverse reactions ( digestive tract reaction, myelosuppression, neurotoxicity ) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After nursing, the QOL total score, SAS score and SDS score and other emotional status indicators in the observation group improved more obviously ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with pirarubicin in treating breast cancer after operation has good effect, with high quality nursing, it can reduce the unhealthy emotions of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
