Optimization of Freeze-Drying Process Parameters of Vitexin for Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the freeze-drying process of vitexin for injection. Methods The parameters of freeze-drying process were optimized by taking the appearance,solubility,pH and moisture as indexes. Results The optimized freeze-drying process was as follows:pre freezing to +25 ℃ to -40 ℃,2 h;-40 ℃,3 h;the temperature was gradually increased to -20 ℃,and then gradually increased from -20 ℃ to 25 ℃. The sublimation drying process was about 26 h,and it was dried for about 5 h at 25 ℃. Conclusion By optimizing the parameters of freeze-drying process,the freeze-dried vitexin has smooth appearance and loose texture, it can quickly dissolve and disperse into clear solution in saline.关键词
