摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treating the knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given the intra-articular injection of prednisolone, while the observation group was given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Before treatment and 4,8 weeks after treatment, the levels of knee joint pain were evaluated by VAS and the knee joint function was evaluated by knee joint Lysholm score. Results 4,8 weeks after treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),the knee joint Lysholm scores of the two groups were significantly increased, and the observation group improved more significantly( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(13. 33% vs 10. 00%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms of the knee joint, promote the recovery of knee joint func-tion,and has higher safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
