摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of addition of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops for treating cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods Totally 100 patients with CVA admitted to our hospital form January 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given only bronchodilator and bronchodilator and symptomatic drugs for relieving cough and reducing phlegm for 8 weeks,if it was recurrence,the patients were given medication repeatedly,on the basis of this,the observation group added Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops. Results After treatment,the score of cough and asthma,the score of asthma control test,the PEF and FEV1 of the two groups were significantly better than those before the treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). The symptom improvement time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the recurrence and transfor-mation of asthma patients were less than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 40. 00%,which was equivalent to 38. 00% in the observation group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Addition of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops for treating CVA has good clinical effect,less adverse reactions and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
