参芪解毒汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期40例临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiedu Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy phase Ⅳ. Methods Totally 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy phase Ⅳ admitted to our hospital from May to December 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,including hypoglycemic,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering and symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Shenqi Jiedu Decoction. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00%,which was significantly higher than 80. 00% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of β2-MG,FBG,mALB/UCr and HbA1C in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shenqi Jiedu Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy phase Ⅳ has good effect,it can improve clinical indicators and,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
