摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing for outpatients with multi drug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB). Methods Totally 94 patients with MDR-TB in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time sequence of admission,47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given high quality nursing. Results The satisfaction of treatment environment,service attitude, health education and psychological nursing satisfaction in the observation group were 91. 49%,93. 62%,89. 36%,95. 74%,which were significantly better than 68. 09%,65. 96%,55. 32%,53. 19% in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion High quality nursing service for outpatients with MDR-TB has high nursing satisfaction and good treatment compliance,it is helpful for early rehabilitation and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
