摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with Chushihuayu Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Totally 128 patients with rheumatoid arthritis from June 2015 to June 2016 admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate,on this basis,the experimental group was treated with Chushihuayu Decoction. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92. 19%,which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group( P< 0. 05). The changes of clinical indexes in the ex-perimental group (such as joint tenderness,number of arthroncus,morning stiffness and other biochemical indicators) were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as pruritus and vomiting in the experi-mental group was 6. 25%,which was significantly lower than 17. 19% of the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Chushihuayu Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the arthroncus,joint tenderness,morning stiffness and other biochemical indicators,it can obviously improve the efficacy and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
