Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated nursing combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation for treating infantile pneumonia. Methods Totally 120 children patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The two groups were given budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy,on this basis,the control group was given conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was given the integrated nursing intervention. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The antipyretic time, cough relieving time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The total nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 90. 00%,which was significantly higher than 71. 67% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated nursing combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation has signifi-cant efficacy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,shorten the hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
