Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sulodexide in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Totally 108 patients with DN and proteinuria were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the routine group,54 cases in each group. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment. The routine group was treated with valsartan,on this ba-sis,the experimental group was additionally treated with sulodexide. The levels of FBG,SCr,BUN,24 h UP,UAER,β2-MG,Cys-C andα1-MG were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,The levels of SCr,α1-MG,24 h UP,UAER,β2-MG and Cys-C in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the routine group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of proteinuria in DN with sulodexide can significantly improve serum SCr and urine protein,it is conducive to alleviating kidney disease progression and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
