Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of enalapril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Totally 90 patients with early DN were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enalapril,while the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with atorvas-tatin. Results After treatment,the FBG,2 h PG and HbA1C in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the TG and TC in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),while HDL-C was significantly increased( P < 0. 05),and the observation group improved more significantly ( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the SCr,ACR,and β2-MG in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),and the observation group decreased more significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Enalapril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of early DN can significantly reduce the serum levels of SCr,ACR,and β2-MG and protect renal function,without significantly increasing adverse drug reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
