摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing experience of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The two groups were given sodium hyaluronate on the basis of intra-articular injection of hormone,the control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given individualized nursing. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05). The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis combined with individualized nursing measures can help to improve the rehabilitation of patients and the local clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
