摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol in treating AECOPD,and analyze the nursing measures. Methods Totally 126 patients with AECOPD admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group( n=63)and the control group( n=63)according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,on the basis,the observation group was treated with inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol combined with careful nursing intervention. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 83%,which was significantly higher than 76. 19% in the control group(χ2=11. 4916,P=0. 0007). The pulmonary function and indexes of blood gas analysis were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05),and the levels of FEV1/FVC,PaO2,PaCO2 and pH in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide and ambroxol combined with careful nursing intervention is significantly effective in the treatment of AECOPD. It can effective relieve clinical symptoms and pulmonary function injury and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
