摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of capecitabine in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods Totally 72 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases in each group. The treatment group was given capecitabine maintenance treatment,while the control group was given conventional observation without special treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 63. 89%,which was significantly higher than 36. 11% of the control group(χ2=5. 5556,P=0. 0000 < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 16. 67% ,which was significantly lower than 38. 89% in the control group(χ2 =4. 4308 ,P =0. 0353 < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Capecitabine in the treatment of advanced breast cancer has good effect and less adverse reaction ,it has high clinical value.关键词
