摘要
Abstract
Objective To raise the professional level of prescription-checking pharmacists and ensure the rationality and safety of clini-cal drug use. Methods To sum up and analyze the incompatibility of regular insulin with other drugs according to the drug instructions and other relevant information,and the situation of the checking of insulin injection prescriptions by pharmacists in our hospital's PIVAS. Results Regular insulin for intravenous drip was incompatible with acidic and alkaline drugs,drugs contained sulfydryl,sulfite and anti-infective drugs,antineoplastic drugs,traditional Chinese medicine injection and other drugs. Conclusion Prescription-checking pharma-cists should strengthenly check incompatibility of insulin for intravenous drip to ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical drugs.关键词
