中医药治疗肿瘤相关性贫血疗效的Meta分析

Abstract
Objective To confirm the curative effect of traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer-related anemia, and to provide more scientific and objective basis for research of cancer-related anemia. Methods The research object was published in the treatment of chinese medicine correlation of malignancy anemia as the observation group, with no partici?pation in cancer-related anemia treatment of traditional chinese medicine as control group in randomized con?trolled research literature from 2010 to 2014. By the method of full text retrieval, chinese retrieval words includ?ed anemia, tumor, cancer, traditional chinese medicine, chinese medicine, etc. The Electronic retrieval database was CNKI, WANFANG, VIP and Pubmed database. Main outcome indicators were: peripheral blood like HGB、RBC、RCT and KPS scores. According to the Cochrane faced method evaluation, literature quality and extrac?tion of available data were included. The RevMan (Review Manager) v5.3 statistical software supplied by Co?chrane net was used to finish the statistical data analysis. Results Total 19 cases of controlled trials were re?trieved, including 1244 cases of patients. The results showed that the intervention of chinese medicine could not only improve the HGB level, RBC level and HCT level in patients with cancer-related anemia to a certain ex?tent (P<0.05), but also can improve the quality of surxival,improve patients of KPS score (P<0.05), and then improve the overall treatment of the effective rate and improve the physical and mental status of cancer patients. Conclusion The intervention of chinese medicine has curative effect to a certain extent in treatment of can?cer-related anemia. The result needs to be further confirmed by high quality tests.关键词
