Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of oxycodone and dexmedetomidine combined application on the quality during recovery period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing thoracic surgery. Methods Ninety-three patients scheduled for elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=31):Dexmedetomidine group (group DEX),Oxycodone hydrochloride group(group Q), Dex?medetomidine and Oxycodone hydrochloride group(group DQ). The hemodynamic parameters were noted down be?fore anesthsia (T0),immediately after extubation(T1),10 min after extubation(T2)and 30 min after extubation (T3). The spontaneous breathing recovery time,wake time and extubation time were recorded. The VAS scores of T2,T3,1 h after extubation(T4),2 h after extubation(T5) and the adverse events during recovery period were al?so recorded. Results Compared with group DEX and group Q,the HP,SBP,DBP at T1,T2,T3 in group DQ were more stable. Values of VAS scores at T2,T3 in grup DQ were (1.83±0.31),(2.21±0.40), and were significant decreased. The accurrence of emergence agitation in group DQ(3.23%) was lower than that in group DEX (25.81%)and group Q(22.58%)(P<0.05). The spontaneous breathing recovery time,wake time and extubation time in three group had no statistical significance. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with Oxycodone hydrochloride can provide more stable hemodynamic parameters in the patients undergoing thoracic surgery, de?crease the occurrence of emergence agitation and alleriate pain, but have no effect on the anesthesia recovery time and extubation time.关键词
