Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of needle-warming moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on inflammatory factors and lumbar mobility of patients with acute lumbar sprain.Methods:A total of 72 patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were only provided with needle-warming moxibustion;based on this,patients in the observation group were also given acupoint massage besides needle-warming moxibustion.The serum inflammatory factors,lumbar mobility,clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatments.Results:34 patients from each groups completed the study.The effective rate of the observation group was 94.12％,which was significantly higher than 76.48％ of the control group(x2 =4.221,P ＜0.05);after two-week treatment,the serum contents of TNF-a (tumor necrosis factor alpha),IL-6 (interleukin-6) and IL-10 (interleukin-10) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t =6.049 ～ 11.108,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Needle-warming moxibustion in combination with acupoint massage can help to reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve lumbar mobility and enhance the clinical efficacy in treating acute lumbar sprain.关键词
