感冒后哮喘发作患儿经小儿推拿干预后EOS、血清IL与IgE相关性研究
The Correlation of EOS, IL and IgE with Childhood Asthma Attack after Cold with Massage Intervention

Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation of eosinophils(EOS),interleukin(IL),and IgE with childhood asthma attack after cold,and to clarify the mechanism of the massage intervention for this kind of disease.Methods:120 children patients with asthma attack after a cold were randomly divided into the medication group (conventional medication) and the massage group (conventional medication + massage),with 60 patients in each group;another 20 healthy children were taken into the control group.The levels of IL-33 and IgE in plasma,and EOS in peripheral blood were detected in all groups before and after treatment to do the statistic analysis.Results:Before treatment,the levels of IL-33,IgE,and EOS significantly increased in the children patients compared to those in the healthy children(P ＜ 0.05);whereas they all significantly decreased after the interventions (P ＜ 0.05),of which the massage group was superior to the medication group (P ＜ 0.05).There was a positive correlation between the levels of IL-33,IgE,and EOS with asthma attack after cold.Conclusion:The increase of IL-33,IgE,and EOS is directly related to the asthma attack after cold,in which IL-33 was the main factor.Massage intervention may relieve asthma attack by reducing IL-33,IgE,and EOS.关键词
