Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinically curative effect of continuous passive motion combined with poking channels manipulation at the pain point for adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis,and to confirm the exactly curative effect of this method.Methods:Sixty patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated by acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was treated by continuous passive motion combined with poking channels manipulation at the pain point.Constant-Murley shoulder function score (CM score) and VAS visual analogue scale were used before and after treatment to observe the CM score,VAS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group and the control group the scores were statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patients' C-M score and VAS score.In the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.33％.In the control group the total effective rate was 73.33％.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Continuous passive motion combined with poking channels manipulation at the pain point in improving the efficacy of treating shoulder joint motion limitation was significant,and the course of treatment in patients has the advantages of less pain,lower recurrence rate and less injury,which is worthy of further promotion.关键词
