中药治疗原发性三叉神经痛的Meta分析
Meta-analysis on TCM Treatments for Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of TCM treatments for primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).Methods:All publications of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) studying TCM treatments for PTN were searched from CBM,CNKI,WF,VIP,Pubmed,Cochrane Library,and Embase.Two reviewers independently screened and evaluated the included articles.RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the data.Results:12 studies and 1015 patients were included.The meta-analysis suggests that the TCM was superior in efficacy to western medicine,being effective in reducing the score of VAS with less adverse reaction.Conclusion:TCM is a safer and more effective therapy for PTN,however,further RCTs with higher methodologies are recommended.关键词
