Abstract

Objective:To explore the regularity of Chinese medication in treating HBV-GN.Methods:Effective cases of HBV-GN were selected according to the inclusion criteria on the basis of reviewing literatures published from 2007 to 2016 in the databases of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full Text (VIP) and Wanfang Data.The search words used for the retrieval were ‘ HBV-GN’ and ‘ traditional Chinese medicine’.The herbs used were collected from the database established with EpiData3.1.The application frequency of each herb was counted with SPSS20.0.The correlations of each two herbs were analysed with Medisco-3S.Results:152 herbs were used,and repeated 1184 times altogether in 92 papers.The number of the herbs,with more than 1%application frequency,was 30;and the herbs repeated 811 times altogether.The commonly herbs used for the treatment of HBV-GN were Astragalus Root (Huang Qi),Radix Bupleuri (Chai Hu),Roizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Bai Zhu),Salvia Miltiorrhiza(Dan Shen),Poria Cocos(Fu Ling),Herba Hedyotis (Bai Hua She She Cao),Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shan Yao),and Artemisia Capillaris Thunb(Yin Chen Hao).Conclusion:The method of enforcing spleen and nourishing kidney,and clearing away heat and toxin is concluded for treating HBV-GN by analyzing the medication regularity,and it may provide useful information for clinical treatment and related research in the future.
