GC-MS联用法分析不同产地茅苍术挥发油成分
Analysis on the Volatile Components of Atractylodes Lancea from Different Origins by GC-MS

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil extracted from different origins of Atractylodes lancea,and to speculate the fragmentation rules of its main components.Method:The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS,and the relative constituent content was calculated with peak area normalization method.The components were finally determined and identified by GC-MS and manual retrieval.Result:Fifty-four components were identified.The fragmentation rules of sesquiterpenes in the essential oil were speculated,i.e.side-chain cleavage before ring-opening.Conclusion:This study provides scientific foundation for the quality control and quality standard of Atractylodes lancea by analyzing its essential oil components and speculating the fragmentation rules of sesquiterpenes.关键词
