Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to compare the chemical composition of different parts of A.manihot and determine the best medicinal parts of A.manihot.[Methods] Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure the total polysaccharides,manntiol,total flavanoids,and total saponins in different parts (seeds,pericraps,flowers,stems,roots) of A.manihot.And high-performance liquid chromatography was used to measure eight nucleosides (uracil,uridine,inosine,guanosine,adenine,thymidine,adenosine,2''-deoxyadenosine).[Result] The polysaccharides,manntiol,total flavanoids,and total saponins in flowers of this herb were relatively higher,especially the total flavanoids.And the flower also showed the highest content of the eight nucleosides in this herb.Compared with other parts of A.manihot,the chemical components content in flowers was quite different from other parts of A.manihot.[Conclusion] The content of effective component was full of rich in the flowers,the flowers became useful as an important part of chemical constituent in A.manihot.关键词
