农村土地承包经营权抵押价值及其影响因素研究
Mortgage Value of Rural Contracted-land Management Right and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Based on the investigation of 398 rural households from Sihong,Jiangdu and Yizheng,Jiangsu Province,first of all,we construct the demand and supply curves of the farmers'' potential willingness in land contracted right leasing.From the demand and supply curves,we calculated the equilibrium price in land contracted right leasing willingness,which can be regarded as the minimum mortgage value of rural contracted-land management right.Then we made an statistical analysis on the influential factors of farmers'' degree of participation in land contracted right mortgage loan by using the Probit model.In the period of visiting loan officers,we learned the main conditions to the accepting land contracted right mortgage loan of financial institutions.And we analysed which circumstances the rural land was valuable and explained the size of values.Finally,we tried to put forward some policy suggestions from demand side and supply side of rural contracted-land management right mortgage loan.关键词
