The current situation and existing problems in the research management of tobacco industry were analyzed.The management innovation methods and reform measures were put forward:Enhance the scientific research management team to establish and improve the overall level of scientific research management;improve the scientific research project management process,promote high-level scientific research achievements in the cultivation and output.关键词
