微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的临床研究
Clinical study of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in the elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous and conventional open pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in the elderly patients.Methods:76 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fractures were analyzed.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=37) and the control group (n=39) according to the different surgical methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation,while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional open pedicle screw fixation.The perioperative condition,changes of peripheral inflammatory factor levels and imaging index before and after operation in the two groups were compared.Results:Incision length,postoperative lead flow,blood volume,hospitalization time in the two groups were compared,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).CRP,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 were significantly higher in the two groups after operation (P<0.05),and these in the control group was significantly higher than those in the observation group (P< 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups of patients with Cobb'sangle,the loss of the surface index,the anterior height before and after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open pedicle screw fixation,minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation has advantages of small trauma,less bleeding,fast recovery,short hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
