氨甲环酸在降低全膝关节置换术围手术期出血量的应用
Application of tranexamic acid on reducing perioperative bleeding volume in total knee arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of tranexamic acid on reducing perioperative bleeding volume in total knee arthroplasty.Methods:146 cases of patients received total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the subjects.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of lottery,73 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of tranexamic acid in total knee arthroplasty,and the control group did not take any measures in total knee arthroplasty.The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,total blood loss,preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin,erythrocyte and D-dimer index levels were compared between in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and total blood loss were significantly decreased in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocyte were significantly lower in the two groups,and the level of the index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The serum D-dimer index in the two groups was significantly higher after operation,and the index in the control group increased higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intravenous infusion of tranexamic acid in total knee arthroplasty can effectively reduce the perioperative drainage and bleeding volume,improve the levels of hemoglobin,erythrocyte and D-dimer in patients,the clinical effect is obvious,it is worthy of active application and promotion.关键词
