FRAX对老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的预测诊断价值分析
The analysis on the value of FRAX in predictive diagnosis of spinal fracture for elderly patients with osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of fracture risk assessment tool(FRAX) in predictive diagnosis of spinal fracture for elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:Clinical data of 96 patients with osteoporosis received treatment in our hospital were analyzed.Patients were divided into observation group(fracture,n=45) and control group(not fracture,n=51) by whether suffered from spinal fracture.All patients were treated with FRAX and osteoporosis self-assessment tool for asians (OSTA),and received the test of bone density measurement.Results:Patients in the observation group had higher FRAX score,but lower OSTA score and bone density value than these in the patients of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the FRAX score index (cut-off point value of 3.92) was used for predictive diagnosis of spinal fracture for elderly patients with osteoporosis,and provided a sensitivity of 92.16%,a specificity of 84.44%,area under the curve of 0.94,were better than these of OSTA.Correlation analysis showed that the levels of bone density value in the patients of the observation group had significant negative correlation with FRAX score (r=-0.538,P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:In predictive diagnosis of spinal fracture for elderly patients with osteoporosis,the FRAX is valuable,be worthy of clinical expansion.关键词
