有机磷农药中毒致大鼠正常甲状腺病态综合征的实验研究
Normal thyroid sick syndrome in rats caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Abstract
Objective:To explore whether the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning rats complicated with normal euthyroid sick syndrome(ESS) and the relationship between ESS and intoxication degree.Methods:84 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (Group C,12),low dose poisoning group (Group L,36) and high dose poisoning group (Group H,36).Group C gavage with sterile saline,Group L gavage with 1/2 the half lethal dose of omethoate (22.5 mg/kg),Group H gavage with the half lethal dose omethoate (45 mg/kg).Rats were selected randomly after exposed 0.5 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h from each group(2 rats in group C,6 rats in other 2 groups).Measure thyroid hormones (TT3,FT3 TT4,FT4,TSH,RT3)in the serum of rats.Results:Compare with Group C,serum TT3,FT3 concentration of rats in Group L,Group H decreased and rT3 concentration increased (P<0.05).Concentration of serum TT3 and FT3 of Group H were lower than that in Group L,concentration of serum rT3 of Group H were higher than that in Group L(P<0.05).Concentration of serum TT4 and FT4 of Group H were lower than that in Group L and Group C(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between Group C and Group L(P>0.05).There was no significant difference of serum TSH concentration among the 3 groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:ESS complicated by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning rats,and there is a positive correlation between the severity of ESS and the intoxication degree.关键词
