超声弹性应变率比值对乳腺癌患者诊断的临床应用价值
Clinical application value of ultrasound elastic strain ratio in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasound elastic strain ratio in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 192 cases of breast masses patients treated in hospital were retrospective analysis,all patients were examined by real-time tissue elastography (RTE),and accorded to the characteristics of the image measured by entire strain ratio (ESR) and localized strain ratio (LSR).Pathological examination results as the "gold standard",the ROC curves of ESR and LSR were drawn,and the specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of ESR and LSR in breast cancer diagnosis were calculated.Results:Accorded to pathological examination 192 cases of patients was divided into benign tumor (benign group)104 cases and malignant tumors (malignant group) 88 cases,there was no significant difference in the age,mass diameter in benign group and the malignant group (P>0.05).The ESR and LSR in the benign group were significantly lower than those in the malignant group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Youden index as the evaluation index,and the corresponding maximum value ESR critical value was 2.874,LSR critical value was 30.371,ESR≥2.874 was malignant,<2.874 was benign,LSR≥30.371 was malignant,<30.371 was benign,the final pathology results as the "gold standard",ESR and LSR series test diagnosis specificity (91.3%),sensitivity (94.3%),accuracy (92.7%),positive predictive value (90.2%),and negative predictive value (95.0%) was the highest.Conclusion:Ultrasonic elastic strain ratio has a certain guiding significance for breast cancer diagnosis,LSR,ESR series examine with higher diagnostic value for breast cancer.关键词
