Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on improving the hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply center.Methods:14 nurses in disinfection supply centerwere were selected as the research object,and the quality control circle activity was carried out in 2016.The theoretical knowledge,practical operation,executive rate and comprehensive ability of nursing staff were compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the theoretical knowledge and practice scores of nursing staff were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hand washing rate of the nursing staff in the pre-packaged,contact with sterile items,gloves,etc were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of nurses in the work enthusiasm,ability of solving problems,the using of QC techniques and other aspects of the score was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activity can improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply center,and improve the comprehensive ability of staff.关键词
