摘要

Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The incidence of breast cancer has been increasing year by year.In recent years,the cell apoptosis has been paid more attention in the development of breast cancer.Bcl-2 is the anti-apoptotic gene,which can inhibit cell apoptosis and prolong cell life.Caspase-3 is the most important central molecule and the executor of apoptosis,which can degrade a variety of substrate proteins,and lead to cell apoptosis.Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 are closely associated with the pathogenesis of breast cancer.But there are significant differences about the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in breast cancer.In addition,it is a controversial issue that the relationship between Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 with the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer and the prognosis of breast cancer patients,which need for further study.
