摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects on the expression of acupuncture Taichong in spontaneously hypertensive rats cerebellar proteins. Methods 55 SHR rats were randomly divided into model group, non acupoint group, Ququan group, Taichong group, Chongyang group, each group of 11 only. The other 8 Wistar rats as normal group.The model group and the normal group without acupuncture, the other 4 groups corresponding acupuncture Ququan acupoint and non acupoint, Taichong, Chong Yang points, 1 /d, 7 d. Record the blood pressure changes before and after the experiment of mice. Then the mice were sacrificed to obtain cerebellar tissue, results by two-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry detection to observe the protein expression. Results Blood pressure before and after treatment comparison results show that the model group's blood pressure increased significantly (P<0.05), diastolic blood pressure decreased in A group, systolic and diastolic blood pressure in other acupuncture group is slightly higher, but they had no statistical significance (P>0.05); Two dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry showed thatcerebellar protein expression increases significantly more than Ququan group, Chongyang group and non acupoint groupafter acupuncture at Taichong group. Conclusion The cerebellar tissue protein expression difference after acupuncture at Taichong, the difference in protein functions including promoting metabolites such as peroxide elimination, accelerate the conversion of genetic information, promote nerve regeneration etc.This provides the hypothesis of evidence for the nerve-endocrine-immune network.
